Job Description:
They are a local restaurant in Skien, with big dreams and high quality. They are a restaurant with a heart for their hometown and province. They take proud in using local produce and take inspiration from classic French as well as the rest of the world. The menu change after season and availability of the goods, sometimes it’s twice a week, other dishes may survive for a month on the menu.

You will be part of a passionate team in constant change and next commanding on kitchen under head chef and executive head chef. Responsibility for orders, deliveries, quality control, washing routines and so on. Also working creative with menu developing and so on.

The wine room is one thing they take great pride – and they will continue the work searching down interesting titles. They have been open since 2010. Number of employees: 12

Candidate Requirements:
You need to be ambitious, hardworking and precise. You also need to have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a chef. Fluent English is a must.
It’s also important that you are humble and interested in adapting to the restaurant and the team.
Working hours and place of work 170 h pr.month.
Start date (and, if necessary, End date) As soon as possible
Salary EUR 3240-3700 pm - depending on experience

Job Description:
The employer is a family-owned countryside hotel, established in 1965 and beautifully situated in the county of Småland / Southern Sweden. In your role as Chef, you work both independently and with others. The tasks consist of food preparation and cooking of starters, main dishes, desserts, cold and hot buffets, pastries etc. Everything from Swedish's classical dishes to á la carte and banquets are served. The kitchen's focus is on Swedish cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean cuisine. For the right person, they offer a stimulating and developing work in a recognized kitchen where culinary experiences for the guest is always the center. You also have the possibility of becoming a Sous-Chef.

Candidate Requirements:
You have at least 3 years work experience as Chef and are genuinely interested in cooking. You enjoy teamwork and a positive contribution of the group is important. You are a careful and prudent person who is used to work in a fast pace. With the help of your eye for detail, you will see constant opportunities for development and improvement. You must be able to speak and understand English or Swedish.

Type of contract and duration: seasonal employment, from June 1st to September 30th, 2022.
Working hours: full time, working hours are varied scheduled for daytime, evening, and weekends.
Salary: individual salary based on Swedish General Agreements. Monthly salary is 2700 - 3000 Eur gross
Accommodation
There is no accommodation directly at the hotel but there is opportunity for apartment in the village Nissafors 2 km from the hotel. There are several larger villages that have apartments or houses within 20 km, but it requires a car. We can help convey housing solutions.

Job Description:
We are looking for Chefs, Restaurant managers, Sommelier, Sous-chefs, Waiter, Housekeepers, Maître’s.

The hotel is located in the heart of Telemark is a unique adventure hotel from 1894 built in the Norwegian dragon style, with 49 rooms, a majestic hall, historic lounges and a fine dining restaurant in original condition. The arboretum that surrounds the hotel and spreads down to the water in Victorian style is adding to the 19th century luxurious feeling. The hotel is open seasonally from April to October and has its high season during the summer months.
The hotel is owned by Norwegian hospitality group, which also owns and operates 6 other hotels in different regions and in Sweden. After the end of the season, there are good opportunities for development and further work in the group.

Number of employees: 60 during high season
